💌 Customer Service

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I take great pride in my small business and the products I create.

My Etsy shop is run in addition to my full-time role as a nurse, and being a mom and wife, so I truly appreciate your patience and kindness. I always do my best to provide thoughtful, attentive service and quality handmade products.

If you receive an order that you’re not happy with, please reach out — I am always willing to help and will do my best to make things right. While mistakes can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods, communication is always welcome.

I respond to messages within 24 hours (often sooner). If there are any quality issues or damage, I may ask for photo proof so I can properly assess the situation and offer the best solution. Simply send a message through Etsy with photos, and I’ll take it from there.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business — it truly means more than you know 🩷
